Terms of Service

Pomave is a personal financial planning tool designed for digital nomads and location-independent professionals. It allows you to:

• Track income, expenses, and multi-currency account balances through manual entry
• Calculate your financial runway (how long your savings last)
• Simulate cost-of-living in different countries
• Generate AI-powered summaries of your financial situation
• Export financial reports in PDF format

Pomave does not connect to your bank accounts, investment portfolios, or any financial institution. All financial data is entered manually by you.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pomave. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Notify us immediately at support@pomave.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

You agree not to:

• Use Pomave for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Pomave
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of these provisions, including termination of your account.

All calculations are estimates based on data you enter. Currency conversions use third-party exchange rates and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on information provided by Pomave. Always consult a qualified financial professional.

All content, design, code, and branding on Pomave (including the name, logo, interface, and underlying software) is the intellectual property of Pomave and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your data remains yours. By using Pomave, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of any financial data you enter.

Your use of Pomave is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Pomave, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

We strive to keep Pomave available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pomave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Pomave shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us at support@pomave.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Pomave after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
